Glitter Tips

Glitter French Tip Nails, Sparkle Tips, OPI Gel Nails, OPI Gel French Tip, Natural Nails French Tip

I'm back with another OPI Soak-Off Gel Axxium look! I just love this stuff. This is one coat of Alpine Snow and a light layer of Show It and Glow It over top. As usual, I always paint on my tips and clean up the smile line with a brush and acetone before curing them under the UV light. That's what gives them that crisp-tipped look.

These should glitter & glisten for the next 14-days. Can't beat an at-home manicure that lasts like that!

  1. Could you give us an idea of where you got the products and supplies for this look and also maybe a tutorial on using the OPI Axxium Soak Off Gel Lacquer system? I've been using the CND Vinlyux and love it but am looking for other options too. Thanks!

  2. Hey Nikki! You have to have a beautician license to purchase OPI Gel like this, but I have previously bought it on Ebay without a license (as I don't have one). As far as a tutorial goes, since OPI gel comes out of a pot, I use a small paint brush and do it just like I would do regular polish, but with the step of curing it under UV light after each coat. There are some great tutorials on YouTube for this! :)

  3. Also, I honestly do my french tip just like this ( http://www.nonakednails.com/2011/03/luck-o-irish.html) each time, but with gel polish & a UV light instead :)
