Zebra Nail Wraps

I have to admit. I killed my nails this week. In a bad way. I was at the gym 5 days this week and I broke numerous nails getting back into some heavy lifting. Needless to say, my nails are really short right now because I totally destroyed them and bit them off.

So, as I was passing through Walgreens, I couldn't help but pick up these little guys, Broadway Stick-On Wraps:

I've seen lots of people trying foils and nail wraps and I hadn't had a chance to try them out yet. Since my nails were so short and I wasn't motivated to paint them, I said, "Why not?"

When I brought them home, my Hunk said, "What? This is cheating!" It was really amusing. I explained it wasn't cheating, just easier! And trust me, it's not cheating when these are a pain in the butt to put on. Yep, I said it. These are cheap-o and lame. They're terrible with the application and they're coming up already.

I began by applying a coat of Looks Wet clear polish topcoat first to help keep these on (it didn't help). I then applied the wraps one at a time and filed off the tips. I finished with 2 coats of Seche Vite topcoat to try to harden them up and keep them on. And that was it! Here are the pink zebra nail wraps:

These were super easy to put on, but they creased terribly. And they're all coming up by the cuticle. I don't recommend using them. But they sure are very cute!

  1. These look great!! Ive tried wraps before and they never looked nice and I just recently bought foils but still havent tried them.

  2. Cute design on them. Too bad about the lifting tho :(

As for the logo thing, I have a pc so I just use paint...if u have something like that on mac. Or you could upload them to photobucket, it has the ability to put text on your pics. Good luck!

  3. it looks not bad,is it easy to use
