If you read my blog Aunie Sauce, you know I joined the Air National Guard last November... and the past few months have been a whirlwind while preparing to leave next month for Air Force Basic Training. Needless to say, polishing my nails and taking any time to decorate them with nail art has been a nonexistent priority!
But—with only a few weeks to go, I figured now was as good of a time as any to whip out my Jamberry Nails (c/o Jennifer Morris) and try a couple of them out with one of my favorite polishes, China Glaze Recycle. I have to tell you, the application for these Jamberry decals was so easy, and I have several more that I plan to use soon! Thanks so much, Jennifer, for sending me some sweet samples, and if you guys are interested in purchasing your own Jamberry Nails decals, click here!

These real nail polish nail stickers are so fun! I received them from OMG Nail Strips and I'm in love with the fun design. They have many more to choose from here.
Applying these stickers is so easy. They have instructions here. I found that most of the stickers fit my nails perfectly, though I did have to trim a couple with scissors to make them narrow enough for my nails. They are said to last 10 days, and while I don't doubt that they may last that long for some people, I already have a few chips and I've only had them on for 3 days. But hey, these are so affordable that I don't mind one little bit.

It almost feels weird that my nails haven't been painted in over a month! The girl who used to be known for "no naked nails" is now the perpetually-unpolished. I need to get back on track here!
The polish color is China Glaze Bahamian Escape and the glitter on the pinky is Island Girl Waikiki Sunset.

This look is the reverse of the last OPI Gel Axxium look I created. Instead of sparkle tips, it's a reverse sparkle gradient, like the glitter is coming from my cuticles. This look took 3 thin coats of OPI Gel Axxium Alpine Snow and a dabbing on of Bring on the Bling glitter. I'm looking forward to wearing this look for a few weeks!
PS // Cell phone case is c/o Case Fase! I love it!

I used my OPI Soak-Off Gel Axxium system for this look. I painted 2 coats of Black Onyx and then dabbed Show It & Glow It on the tips, creating a sparkle gradient look. This design should last 3-weeks!
